Undertake a critical examination of the literature to examine the differences between traditional HRM and SHRM and provide an opinion on both the positives
and negatives of the move to SHRM.
The Essay requires:
thorough research and treatment of the contemporary literature in the topic
range of references that should demonstrate breadth and depth of research.
